If you haven’t, that’s fine too. We’ll explore the same ground together: how materials, jobs and information actually move through your operation, and where the workarounds are.
Either way, you’ll leave with a clear picture of where to focus first — whether or not that involves us. If Simportal isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so.
Who you’ll talk to
Your call will be with Brian Harvey, Simportal’s founder, or Peter Swanborough. Both are engineers by background, Brian from aerospace operations, Peter from luxury boat design and build, and both have spent years around real shop floors. You won’t be qualified by a junior and passed along.
What to prepare
Nothing. If you have your assessment report, have it to hand. If you have a stock figure nobody trusts or a traceability question that takes too long to answer, bring that — real examples make for a better twenty minutes.

What happens after
If the call suggests a fit, the next step is a visit. We come to you, walk the operation, and gather the requirements for the first three months of work — usually focused on your biggest pain point.
From that visit we write a Statement of Work: what will be built, for which part of your operation, in the first three months. You review it, we agree it together, and nothing starts, and nothing is charged, until it’s agreed.
Working with us is one fixed monthly fee, £3,450, unlimited users, continuous development. For comparison, a mid-market ERP runs to six figures before anyone has used it. And if you’re not satisfied after the first three months, a full refund. But all of that is a decision for after the Statement of Work, not for this call.
